Kelly Suazo-Davis is the Founder and CEO of ANCHOR In, a career coaching, leadership consulting, and training and development firm with 20+ years of collective impact in government, corporate, nonprofit, and community organizations. She is a fiery Latina, coach, speaker, military spouse, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and woman of faith. Kelly serves as Board Chairwoman for Button & Zipper, an organization with a coat drive initiative to support Chicagoland and Denver metro’s low-income individuals and families to stay warm during grueling winter months. She is also the Executive Director of Anchor In Ministries (AIM), based in Chesterfield, VA, an organization focused on providing training to youth and young adults entering the workforce, advocacy and leadership training for faith leaders in the community.
Kelly dedicates her voice to disrupt the status quo, promote racial unity across industries to drive a leadership paradigm shift, and increase Latinas and Women of Color in leadership roles with decision-making power. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and her Master of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Management and Leadership from Webster University. She is a John Maxwell EQUIP roundtable trainer, studied the art of Coaching at The Academy of Coaching, and is currently pursuing ICF Coaching certification. Kelly holds a Victims Advocate certification from National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) and has studied strategic leadership and ethics at Liberty University School of Business.
She is married to her best friend & high school love, MAJ Charles Davis, and together they have two spectacular young adults: Isaiah and Kay-Lynn Davis and two fur babies.
