Dr. Ronald (Ron) Rojas is a skills development practitioner, educator, and business owner since 1999, specializing in the areas of leadership development, entrepreneurship, technology, and formal research. His businesses include “Technically Speaking”, a computer services company, and “PRISM Leadership Consulting Group”, located in Tampa Florida. With his doctorate in Business Administration and consulting business, he has conducted workshops on business planning, mentoring, leadership, development of workplace competencies, and has designed organizational development projects for small business, non-profit and educational institutions. Dr. Rojas has been teaching leadership, management, and entrepreneurship courses at graduate level since 2003 and is a Retired Colonel from the Air Force. He has conducted workshops and seminars in Puerto Rico, multiple locations in the USA, Mexico City (Universidad Autónoma), Costa Rica, China (Huaibei), Nassau, Bahamas, and Italy (Rome). With his 18 years in higher education, he was the Director of Management & Marketing at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico (Ponce), has conducted projects related to course development for distance learning, entrepreneurship, business plan development, leadership skills, classroom management, and research methods. Dr. Rojas was retained a parish consultant for Loyola University/Archdiocese of Chicago for ten years and currently dedicates time to develop nonprofit organizations. He is currently living in Tampa, Florida (USA).
