    Chesterfield Chamber Announces Partnership
     With The Chesterfield Observer
Chesterfield, VA – The Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce proudly announces an exclusive community partnership with the Chesterfield Observer. As part of the arrangement, the Observer, the county’s community newspaper, is now the signature sponsor of the Chamber Monthly Luncheon and a sponsor of the Chamber’s CHAMPS program.

The new partnership between the Chamber, Chesterfield’s largest business association, and the Observer, the state’s largest weekly newspaper, is part of a larger effort to grow both organizations while also fostering a stronger community and local economy.

“This is an exciting opportunity for both organizations to work together as partners for the greater good of building business in Chesterfield County. CHAMPS is our education program preparing our future workers for tomorrow,” says Danielle Fitz-Hugh, Chamber President. As for the monthly Chamber luncheon, Fitz-Hugh says: “More than 200 business leaders each month gather to hear from leaders across the region, network among each other and showcase the opportunities available in the county. We are thankful that businesses like the Chesterfield Observer believe in our work in the county and the impact we can have together as partners.”

The Observer, which delivers more than 70,000 newspapers across Chesterfield each week, sees the partnership as mutually beneficial and a natural fit for the paper’s values.
“We’re pleased to have a chance to partner with the Chamber, which has a powerful reputation as a voice for the business community,” says Scott Bass, editor of the Observer. “As Chesterfield’s only county-wide devoted newspaper, we work every day to give citizens the information they need to stay engaged and connected. Engagement and connectivity are likewise hallmarks of the Chamber’s work to build relationships among local businesspeople and to educate and empower future workers and business leaders. We’re excited to get started.”
