Chamber WBC Presents BREW: 7th Ethical Lenses Breakdown

Chamber WBC BREW is about (Building Relationship Empowering Women) through the Chamber.  Our focus is to empower and mentor one another personally and professionally, while significantly contributing to our community.

Join us for a session on ethical thinking and decision making. Ethical mistakes are highly visible, and issues are increasingly complex. Seeing ethics from only one perspective (“ethics is character” or “ethics is following laws and regulations”) misses the richness of the full picture. Linda Fisher Thornton, author of 7 Lenses, will introduce 7 Lenses for “seeing” ethical responsibility that provide a multidimensional view, helping us navigate the complexity of our work and our world.
