Chesterfield YP Committee Meeting- Millennial Visioning Project
Millennials currently make up over one third of the nation's homebuyers. Additionally, the millennial generation is larger than any previous generation, including the baby boomers. Therefore, if localities wish to attract new residents and continue to provide residents with basic services, they need to find ways to make their communities attractive to the next generation of homebuyers. To better understand and serve these consumers, Chesterfield County embarked on the Millennial Visioning Project targeting young people between the ages of 21-40.
Join the Young Professionals on Wednesday, November 6th to hear the plans Chesterfield County have for our Millennials with guest speaker Rebecca Stewart.
Rebecca is the Water Quality Analyst in the Department of Environmental Engineering. She started with the county in August 2015. She is also an Officer at Large with the Chesterfield Young Professional (CYP) and was the pervious president. Currently she part of the Chesterfield Millennial Visionary Project (MVP) committee.
