DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE SOLD/SERVICES RENDERED:   You will be notified no later than April 1, 2012 of your acceptance into the event/show. This Application, and the Terms, Conditions and Regulations attached hereto, constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) between the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce (“Chamber”) and the undersigned winery (“Vendor”). By signing below, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it has read and understands each of the terms, conditions and regulations set forth herein and that it shall abide by and be bound by each of such terms, conditions and regulations.

A limited supply of ice will be provided throughout the day for each wine vendor. No electricity is available. You are responsible for cleaning your own area throughout the day; use dumpster to dispose of all boxes, bottles, corks, palettes, grease, foods, and trash of any kind. Clean up fees are strictly for post-event cleaning and will be deducted from your wine tasting fee. The Wine Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Please take or secure items after set-up on April 20, 2012. All table/chair/tent rentals must be reserved in advance and payment sent with the registration form.

*All fees, including rental fees, are due at the time of application. Tent supply is limited & subject to availability.
*Vendors will receive (2) complimentary tickets and (2) wine glasses for the festival.
 

Signature: (in lieu of signature, submission of online application will constitute a binding contract between vendor and the Chamber)

The use of a tent is required for all vendors, sharing will not be permitted.
