  • Committees are the ideal way to establish business relationships quickly, offering more small group and peer-to-peer opportunities. They are the vehicles that develop and drive initiatives which support our membership and community.


  • Professional Development Committee

    These members maintain relationships with elected officials and government agencies while educating them on issues of importance to the membership.  They craft and communicate pro-business policy positions and host the annual legislative reception.

    The committee that literally lives by the Chesterfield Chamber’s value of “welcoming.” Members of this committee are often the first to engage prospective and new members. They evaluate member benefits and propose value enhancements; identify target industries and businesses for peer growth; and implement collaborative recruitment and retention strategies.

    The new initiative providing a platform for young professionals to engage in the Chesterfield Chamber and the community, while improving the county’s appeal and prominence as a preferred workplace and residence for young families.

    Empowering Dynamic Women Leaders
    The Women’s Business Council is an influential group of professional women striving to build successful businesses within Chesterfield County through collaborative initiatives, education, and networking.  Our focus is to empower and mentor one another personally and professionally while significantly contributing to our community.

    Chamber Helping Achieve Meaningful Partnerships in Schools (CHAMPS)

    By fostering collaboration with our school division and maintaining a dialogue with the school board, these members identify engagement opportunities within Chesterfield County Public Schools. CHAMPS recognizes Chesterfield Chamber members for their work in schools through the All-Star program.
